WARSAW — Lake City Bank announced it has promoted Laura A. Hartley to vice president, transaction processing manager.

In this position, Hartley is responsible for managing deposit operations, item processing, lockbox and the mailroom. She has been with the bank for almost 18 years. She has an associate’s degree in accounting from Ivy Tech.
