WINONA LAKE — Lakeland Christian Academy, Winona Lake, recently inducted 13 students into its National Honor Society for 2015-16.

Students inducted into the NHS include: Alex Plastow, Carissa Urschalitz, Rachel Sand, Hannah Delp, Ryan Gross, Riley Kline, Melissa Goss, Liz Brehany, Chance Blair, Heidi Ziebarth, Colby Stevens, Ellie Nieveen and Pearl McKeever.

The NHS is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.
