“Kate [McCullough] handled being at nationals for the first time very well.  She ran a solid race on a course that was a little soft because of recent rains,” said Grace head coach Jeff Raymond. “Katelyn didn’t have a bad race all year and was a leader for our team. Earning a spot in the national meet was a great accomplishment for her, and she represented our program in a fine way.”

McCullough joins MariJean Wegert as the only Grace women’s runners to reach NAIA Nationals in cross country. Wegert qualified twice in 2008 and 2010.
