• Angela Elaine Ousley, 32, 1540 E. 800S, Claypool, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Hold for another agency.
• Michael Lewis Hernandez, 19, 1909 Miami Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft and fraud. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Samantha Nicole Roberts, 18, 6216 S. 200W, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $400 cash.
