KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Kent Abernathy, commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, announced today that all BMV license branches will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27 in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday.
