Amber R. Staples, 58, passed away at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, in her Warsaw home.
Amber, the daughter of Raymond and Lutie (Long) Beatty, was born April 15, 1957, in Warsaw. She was a 1975 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
She lived most of her life in Kosciusko County. Amber had been the office manager for Speed Space in Goshen, for 16 years. She attended Leesburg Grace Brethren Church. She loved animals and enjoyed gardening. Amber was an amazing cook. She loved Christmas decorating. A Christmas tree adorned every room of her house during the Christmas season.
Amber will be lovingly remembered by her mother: Lutie Beatty, Milford; two nieces: Heather Beatty, Warsaw; and Hillary Kammerer, Milford; and nephew: Branden Beatty, North Webster. Also surviving are several great-nieces and nephews. Preceding her in passing is her father: Raymond Beatty, on May 14, 1979; brother: Barry Beaty, on Sept. 28, 2005; as well as an infant brother: Alex Beatty.
Friends and family will gather together to visit and console the family from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in Leesburg Grace Brethren Church, Leesburg. Following visitation and beginning at 6 p.m. there will be a celebration of Amber’s life with Pastor Tim Sprankle of the church officiating. Private family burial will be in Oswego Cemetery.
The family has asked that gifts in Amber’s memory be given to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, Warsaw.
