• Justin Allen Brinegar, 33, 8041 E. 400N, Leesburg, arrested on two body attachment warrants, failure to appear and non support of a dependent. Bond: $22,000 cash bond.
• Scot Alan Miller, 47, 7432 W. River Road, Roann, arrested for check fraud. Bond: $5,000 cash.
• Kyle Lee Hobbs, 28, 4267 S. Scott Road, Claypool, arrested for parole violation. No bond.
• Erick Antonio Pastrana, 37, 510 Clement St., Lansing, Mich., arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000 surety.
