Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:48 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Dustin Jacob Wolfe reported an adult female struck members of the ICU medical staff at Kosciusko Community Hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
