Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

10:04 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, South SR 15 north of West CR 350S, Warsaw. Driver: Betty M. Bowen, 88, West Sunset Shore Drive, Silver Lake. Hit deer. She declined medical treatment. Damage up to $10,000.

6 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 3, CR 600N east of CR 975E, North Webster. Driver: Mark A. Condit, 53, EMS B40 Lane, Leesburg. Condit’s vehicle ran off the road, sideswiped a tree and hit a second tree. Condit complained of injuries to the face but was not transported. Damage up to $10,000.
