Sandra S. “Sandy” Adams, 66, North Webster, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on July 12, 1949, in Warsaw, to Sherman H. “Howard” and Gertrude M. “Gertie” (Snell) Kiser.

She was a lifetime North Webster area resident and graduated in 1967 from North Webster High School. On June 29, 1974, in North Webster, she married Russell G. Adams who survives. She formerly worked at Syracuse Rubber Company for several years; Wawasee Community School Corporation at Wawasee High School as a secretary and paraprofessional for nine years; and the Church of the Brethren District Office in Nappanee for eight years as office manager.

She was a member of the Church of the Brethren in North Webster.

She is survived by her husband: Russell Adams, North Webster; two sons: Jacob Adams, North Webster; and James (Heather) Adams, Warsaw; granddaughter: Ava Adams; mother: Gertie Kiser, Pierceton; sister: Mary (Dave) Hartup, Pierceton; three brothers: Steve (Alesia) Kiser, Fort Myers, Fla.; Bill (Angie) Kiser, Mt. Airy, Ga.; and J. Lloyd (Ruth) Kiser, Churubusco. She was preceded in death by her father.

Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
