MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 20-year-old Lakeville resident after finding him lying on the roadway, intoxicated.

Scott Lock Bryer, 20, Lakeville, was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail on initial charges of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and public intoxication.

Police were notified at 4:33 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, of an apparent intoxicated male in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road. Bryer was later found lying on the roadway near 2C Road on Michigan Road.
