Raymond M. Askins Jr., 88, of Woodbury Drive in Plymouth, passed away with his family near at 5:05 a.m. Friday morning on October 30, 2015 in the Elkhart Hospice House. Arrangements are currently pending at Johnson Danielson funeral home.
