MILFORD — One person had minor injuries following an accident Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the intersection of SR 15 and CR 2350N, Milford.

According to reports by police, a vehicle driven by Justin A. Ciriello, 19, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford, was eastbound on CR 1350N and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of SR 15. He then proceeded across the highway into the path of a vehicle driven by James F. Martin, 35, South CR 550E, Pierceton.

Martin’s vehicle collided with Ciriello’s. Neither driver was seriously injured. Martin complained of leg pain at the scene but refused medical treatment. A passenger in Martin’s vehicle, Jamie Brown, 37, SR 13, Pierceton, was uninjured.
