AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School volleyball and football teams all were winners in action Tuesday night.

The Valley A volleyball team defeated Milford 25-17, 25-14. Mallory Durkes led the winners with three aces to go with nine good serve receive passes.

The Valley B volleyball team beat Milford 25-15, 25-22.  Sarah Kelley had four aces and Chloe Shephard had nine good serve receive passes for Valley in the win.

The Valley 7th grade football team blanked Wabash 28-0. Johnny Gonsalez had two touchdowns and Jacob Davis and Alex Craft each had one for the winners.

The Valley 8th grade football squad defeated Wabash 28-22. Jaydin Conley had a huge game for Valley with 18 rushes for 128 yards and three touchdowns.

Tanner Trippiedi had two carries for 73 yards and a touchdown. Dakota Gaff had a reception for 14 yards, while Jace Potter had six rushes for 80 yards and one catch for 11 yards. Jalen Potter had three receptions for 41 yards and Gaff also had an interception.
