WARSAW — One individual was extricated from a Chrysler Sebring and taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Following a two-vehicle accident at 1 Tiger Lane at Detroit Street.

According to information at the scene, the Chrysler was struck by a pick up truck.

Warsaw Fire Department and Lutheran EMS, along with Warsaw Police Department responded to the scene.

Traffic on Detroit Street (SR 15) is backed up, but traffic is being allowed through, one lane at a time, until the vehicle can be removed from the highway.
