The second annual “Trunk or Treat” event will be happening at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the Community Life Center, 825 N. Harrison St., Warsaw.

The event will include will have a chili cook-off, free food, decorated vehicles, candy, games and refreshments. The event is entirely open to the public.
