WARSAW — Freaky 5K & Family Fun Run/Walk will take place from 9-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. The event is a family fundraiser with all net money raised going to the Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County.

A 5K race through the Warsaw Greenway with a Halloween theme will take place. The event is open to racers, runners and walkers. The race will be a timed event, run by the Kosciusko Runners Association. The race begins at 9:30 a.m. with trick or treating at 11 a.m.

Online pre-registration will have a deadline of Oct. 21. Cost is $25 per person; $45 per couple; $60 per family (same household, limit of four t-shirts). Race day registration will offer t-shirts while supplies last. Cost is $30 per person/$55 per couple/$65 per family.
