Oct. 9

• Stephanie Retana, 20, 207 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• James Henry Barr, 30, 119 Raleigh Court, Columbia City, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $25,000 surety and $218.50 cash.

Oct. 8

• Joshua Brant Hawthorne, 35, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Krystal Leigh Brubaker, 34, 6446 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700 cash.
• Ethan David Jessie, 25, 4547 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600 cash.
• Jeffrey A. Tenney, 38, 5293 E 725S, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600 cash.
• Ashley Nichole Ritchie, 29, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – fight. Bond: $500 cash.
• Manuel Salvador Gonzalez, 35, 2058 East Old Road 30, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, criminal mischief and interfering with reporting a crime. Bond: $1,000 cash.
• Katherine Leigh King, 41, 111 N. Fourth St., Pierceton, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600 cash.
• Elizabeth Kay Stump, 33, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond.
