PLYMOUTH — Plymouth Police arrested a 31-year-old Plymouth man on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor Monday, Oct. 5.

Plymouth Police Detective Sgt. Leo Mangus reports on Oct. 3, that department received a report regarding sexual activity between a 15-year-old female and a male named Juan Carlos Luva, 31, Plymouth.

Further investigation revealed this incident occurred at a Plymouth residence on the night of Sept. 25.

Luva was located Oct. 5, and following questioning, he was arrested and booked for sexual misconduct with a minor, a level 4 felony.

His bond has been set at $50,000 cash and he is being held in the Marshall County Jail.
