• Timothy James Brady, 36, 48 EMS W30A Lane, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
• Derek Robert Fleckenstein, 37, 1310 East Clark Street, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, possession of meth, possession of syringe for legend drug and driving while suspended. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
• Kyle Thomas Henson, 30, 310 North West St., Milford. Arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250 surety and cash.
