WARSAW — Residential mortgage lender, Ruoff Home Mortgage, announced that Kevin Eames was the top loan originator for its Warsaw office for September.

Eames has been with Ruoff Home Mortgage since July, 2013. The top spot in each branch office is based on the number of closed loans during the month, as compared to their peers. Eames has earned top spot honors several times, including in July.

The Warsaw office is located at 310 Enterprise Drive. Eames works mainly out of the Orizon Real Estate Inc. office in Columbia City.
