Warsaw Rises To Stun Northridge
MIDDLEBURY – After starting the Northern Lakes Conference season 0-6, Warsaw had all the excuses to fold the tent. The Tigers, instead, went out and upset Northridge, 2-1, Thursday night in boys soccer.
Warsaw got goals from Joaquin Juarez and Pedro Monsivais. Lucas Cone assisted on the Juarez goal and Monsivais scored off a corner kick.
Northridge had Micah Cross find the net, assisted by Nathan Blyly.

Warsaw will meet Wawasee at the Warsaw Sectional next Wednesday while Northridge will play either Elkhart Central or Concord, also next Wednesday, as part of the Elkhart Central Sectional.
