Doug-SullivanDouglas Earl “Roach” Sullivan, 54, Warsaw, passed away at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 30, 2015, in his residence.

He was born Sept. 2, 1961, in Sullivan, to Elza and Mary (Pelfree) Sullivan.

He was united in marriage on June 22, 2013 in Warsaw, to Carol Nikol Lemler.

He was formerly employed by Pendry Powder Coating of Warsaw and was a self-employed tattoo artist for 40 years (the oldest artist in the county). He was a member of the Pool League at the Keg in Leesburg for over 15 years and was an avid fisherman and enjoyed attending Biker events.

Survivors include his wife Carol “Nikki” Sullivan, Warsaw; sisters Cindy (spouse Kenneth, Sr.) Kellog, Warsaw and Linda Durham of Bourbon; children Zander Barnhart of Atwood; David Winn of Terra Haute and Jerimiah (spouse Kriston) Chandler of Columbia City; step-children Anthony James Geib of Palestine and Nichole Renee Bywaters of Milford; grandchildren Jamie Leah, Anthony Richard Eugene, Andariel Galatea, Seth, Emma, Nikolas, Skylar, Jayson, Ian, Jake and David. In addition, many other family members and friend which are to numerous to count. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours are scheduled from 2-6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. The Funeral Service is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday in the Funeral Chapel. Pastor Sarah Tuttle will officiate. Interment will be private.
