WARSAW — Fabian Roman Rubio, 20, 2361 East Shore Drive, Bremen, was booked Wednesday afternoon in the Koscuisko County Jail on charges of murder.

Rubio was originally booked in Marshall County on charges of murder, sexual misconduct with a minor and abuse of a corpse in the case pertaining to Bremen teen, Desi Jones, whose body was found last December near Ewald Cemetery, also known as Little Egypt, southwest of Bremen in Marshall County.
