Sept. 30

• Larry Gene Davis, 44, 601 Oak Glen Dr., Warsaw, arrested for habitual traffic violator – life and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $20,000 surety.

Sept. 29

• Brian Whitacre Bradley, 35, 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Jason Gene Lee, 40, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for OWI. Bond: $700 cash.
• Jamar D. Beach, 28, 6053 S. Winchester, Chicago Ill., arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Dana Charles Likens, 27, 3185 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $450 cash.
• Thomas William Castell, 39, 10368 N. Leeland Lane, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500 cash.
