Officers with the Koscuisko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

3:49 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, South SR 19 and West CR 1000S, Akron. Drivers: Riley D. Weitzel, 16, West SR 14, Silver Lake,  and Hope A. Manns, 16, South CR 1275E, Akron. As Manns was slowing down to make a turn, Weitzel’s vehicle rear-ended hers. Manns complained of head pain. Damage up to $10,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:41 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, Lura Circle north of West Matthews Drive, Milford. Driver: Javier Cantu, 45, East Syracuse Street, Milford. Hit parked car. Damage up to $5,000.
