Juanita Hale, 86, Goshen, and formerly of Warsaw, passed away at 12:31 a.m. Sunday, July 12, 2015, at IU Health Goshen Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 3, at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with the arrangements.
