WARSAW — Aristides Palencia Jacinto, 46, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, has been arrested on three counts of child molesting, level 4 felonies. He was arrested Sunday evening, Sept. 27, and held on $15,250 surety bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.

The affidavit of probable cause, filed Monday in Kosciusko Superior Court 3, states police responded to a report of child molesting on Sunday. The mothers of the victims, ages 10, 8 and 6, told police their daughters had been inappropriately touched by Jacinto.

Police spoke to the young victims who provided police details of the inappropriate touching. In all three instances the fondling occurred while giving the girls rides on his red moped.
