Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:44 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, Lake City Highway west of East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Tyler G. Wetzel, 23, South Packerton Road, Warsaw, and Janet R. Kauffman, 66, North Columbia Parkway, Columbia City. While Wetzel was attempting to merge into traffic, his vehicle sideswiped Kauffman’s. Damage up to $2,500.
