Barbara J. Zollinger, 83, Goshen, passed away early Friday morning, Sept. 18, 2015, at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

She was born Jan. 18, 1932 in Syracuse to John and Evelyn (Jordon) Bowser.
A lifetime area resident, Mrs. Zollinger attended Solomon Creek United Methodist Church.

Following high school, Mrs. Zollinger, performed with the Barnum and Bailey Circus for two years as a baton twirler. She enjoyed reading and babysitting for her grandchildren.

On Sept. 24, 1955 she married Adrian G. Zollinger in Millersburg.

He survives along with a son: Michael (Elisa) Zollinger, Goshen; four grandchildren and a great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Alan Eric Zollinger in 1984.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a funeral service, at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22  will be conducted. Pastor John Randolph of People’s Bible Church will officiate.

Burial will follow in Hire Cemetery, Millersburg.
