The following people were arrested and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

Sept. 13

• Brian Phillip Shepherd, 28, 7919 S. 250S, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700 cash.
• Tiara Nicole Weeks, 24, 7613 Linden Ave., Hammond, arrested for OWI – schedule I, II controlled substance. Bond: $700 cash.
• Sean Robert Carver, 42, 773 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a BAC equal to or greater than .15 and OWI. Bond: $700 cash.

Sept. 12

• Daniel Jacob Miller, 21, 203 N. Fourth St., Pierceton, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600 cash.
• Denielle N. Nicholson, 25, 8266 E 250S, Pierceton, arrested for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $750 cash.
• Eberaia DeMone Fields, 41, 212 Oxford Way, Logansport, arrested for OWI with prior. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• John Mitchell Uzubell, 34, 530 N. Park Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $600 cash.
