Milford Public Library is cool!

MILFORD — Milford Public Library is celebrating Library Card Sign-Up Month throughout September. The national “spokes-dog” for this year’s campaign is Snoopy. “Joe Cool” urges everyone to go to the library and get a card because libraries are cooler than cool. Why? During summer months, we are literally cool due to our fantastic air conditioning. Come in and cool off while browsing the stacks for something great to read. Our cool staff will be happy to help you find just the right book.
We offer great collections of fiction and nonfiction for all ages to choose from. Travel back in time by reading some historical fiction. Learn about other cool people living in other cool places by reading some nonfiction. Librarians will help you find answers to your questions. You don’t have to be rich, technologically savvy or a Milford resident to use our facility. We have public access computers and wireless access available to everyone. Follow “Joe Cool’s” advice and sign up for your library card today.
