• Jessica Lee Villa, 33, 1816 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. Bond: $500 cash.
• Robert Dean Emerick, 45, 136 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500 cash.
• Maria Romero, 32, 3699 N. 175 E. Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $400 cash.
• Ronald A. Eash, 47, 2701 E. Bucher Drive, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond.
