KCH Introduces SilverSneakers To Seniors

WARSAW — Kosciusko Community Hospital is hosting a breakfast at the KCH Health and Wellness Center at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24 to introduce SilverSneakers, a fun, energizing program that can help older adults take greater control of their health through physical activity.

The KCH Health and Wellness Center offers a medically monitored environment with trained exercise physiologists on staff to assist community members with their fitness goals.

If you are a group retiree, or part of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Health Plan, you may have a complimentary membership. SilverSneakers members enjoy access to the KCH Health & Wellness Center, entitling members to all the benefits of a Center membership including group fitness classes!
