Joshua Schuh-Myers, 4 months, Warsaw, passed away at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

On April 19, 2015, he was born in Fort Wayne, to Torin R. Myers and Kayla J. Schuh.

He is survived by his mother: Kayla J. Schuh, Warsaw; father: Toris R. Myers, Warsaw; maternal grandparents: Mike and Charlotte Schuh, Warsaw; maternal great-grandparents: Jimmy and Jeanne Webb, Etna Green; paternal grandparents: Christy Myers; and Garold O’Banion, Warsaw; and his paternal great-grandparents: Robert and Madeline Myers, Warsaw.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Glenn Hughes officiating. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw was entrusted with the arrangements.
