• Beth Nicole Davis, 24, 706 S. Thwaits, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court. Bond: $26,000.

Sept. 9

• Darren Jay Heinzman, 33, 4409 E. 100S, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.

Sept. 8

• Sean Elliott Shumaker, 40, 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation and check deception. Bond: $100,000 surety and $1,775 cash.
• Adam Todd Loftis, 26, 220 Clarmont Court, Goshen, arrested for driving while suspended Bond: $168.40 cash.
• Brandon Markel Zumbrun, 34, homeless, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond.
• Aaron Justin Tackett, 25, 438 Goshen Ave., Elkhart, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500 cash.
• Brant Kyle Campbell, 21, 303 S. Maple St., Pierceton, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $6,000 surety and cash.
