Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

8:54 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Melissa L. Albirght reported a theft.

3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2300 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. A female reported being battered by her ex-boyfriend.
