Volleyball Team Falls

The Whitko volleyball team took a tough loss in Three Rivers Conference play Thursday night. Manchester won 3-2. Kaity Reed led Whitko with 20 digs, Brianna Tackett added eight kills and Haley Yohe was once again on her game for the Wildcats tallying 30 assists.

Soccer Team Falls To Peru

The boys soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision to Peru in TRC play. Tyler Herendeen had an unassisted goal on a direct kick 13 minutes into the second half. Peru scored their first goal 21 minutes into the second half and their second goal was scored with four minutes remaining in the game.

Unfortunately, the Whitko boys were not able to come back in their first conference game. Keeper Devin Goggin recorded 23 saves for Whitko.
