Tammy L. Martin, 40, North Webster, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, at IU Goshen Hospital, Goshen.

She was born Sept. 3, 1974, in Frankfort, Mich., to Kathleen “Pat” (Weaver) Turner.

She attended Triton High School in Bourbon, graduated in 1993 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, and lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area. She received her Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech in Warsaw and South Bend. On Oct. 9, 2004, she married Jonathan A. “Jon” Martin, who survives. She was a homemaker and was formerly employed at Warsaw Community Schools and RR Donnelly, Warsaw. She was a member of the Warsaw Community Church.

Tammy is survived by her husband: Jon Martin, North Webster; four sons: Joshua Wright; Tyler Martin; Coby Martin; and Bryson Martin; all of North Webster; mother and father: Pat and Steve Haywood, Wawaka; sister: Teresa (Kenny) Zinnel, Albion; and brother: Dave (Bobbi) Turner, Warsaw.

Memorial services will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, at Warsaw Community Church, Warsw, with the pastors of the church officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. Memorial bequests may be given to the Tammy Martin Funeral Fund, care of Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster.
