WARSAW — The Warsaw Police Department and Warsaw Community Schools will host a free program with Retro Bill: The Official DARE Safety Buddy, at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, in the Warsaw High School Performing Arts Center, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
