Frances Arlene Shively, 94, Claypool, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, at Claypool United Methodist Church.

Arrangements are pending at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
