Mrs. Catherine M. Koten, 88, of Lake Manitou and Barrington Hills, IL was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015.

On April 28, 1927, Catherine was born in Cook County, Ill., a cherished daughter of Louis C. and Jessie N. Fowler Hruska.

Catherine is lovingly remembered by a daughter: Sarah (Tom) Manley; two sons: John (Marisa) Koten; Mark (Karen) Koten; four grandchildren: Jake; Graham; Mac; Kate; a sister: Lou Marie Hlubucek, Reno, Nev.; and a sister-in-law: Jane Koten, Winnetka, Ill.

Preceding Catherine in death are her parents and husband.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with 2 p.m. Saturday services, also at the funeral home.
