Driver Suffers Shoulder Pain In Accident
WINONA LAKE — Julie S. Crosley, 57, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw, complained of pain to the shoulder following a two-vehicle accident at 12:14 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3. The accident was on East Winona Avenue, west of Lakeview Drive.
Crosley was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
Winona Lake Police report Crosley was leaving the Dairy Queen parking lot, heading north, and was going to turn west onto Winona Avenue. She told police she thought she saw a turn signal on a vehicle driven by Mitchell R. Titus, 43, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Crosley said she pulled out and was hit by the Titus vehicle.
Damage was estimated up to $5,000.
