Fenix, RayRay Fenix, 84, Warsaw, died at 5:28 p.m. Sunday, July 26, 2015, in Mason Health and Rehabilitation, Warsaw.

He was born Oct. 15, 1930, in Floyd County, KY. He was raised by his grandparents: Walker and Martha Horn. He was an Air Force Veteran. Ray retired from Creighton Brothers, Warsaw.  He enjoyed working number circle finds and was a great cook and enjoyed dogs and loved children.  He also enjoyed camping and was a great storyteller.

His companion of 33 years, Nancy Konkle, died October 12, 2008.

He is survived by two nieces: Tina Fenix, Warsaw; and Barbara Brown, Macy; three nephews: Charles “Ray” Fenix, Warsaw; Gene Fenix, Atwood; and Danny Fenix, Mich.; and his special friend: Kenton Slone, Warsaw. Two brothers and five sisters are deceased.

There will be no calling or services. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
