• Jonathon David Crosson, 20, 2039 S. CR 900W, Larwill, arrested for child molestation. No bond.

July 25

• Adam Christopher Wenger, 22, 25386 CR 32, Goshen, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700 cash.
• Mary Jane Rico, 50, 5219 E. 500 N., lot 8, Leesburg, arrested for welfare fraud in excess of $50,000. Bond: $4,000 surety.
• Aaron John Hoffman, 31, 3434 W. DOE Court, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600, cash.
