WINONA LAKE — In 1998, Blaine and Charlotte Mikesell donated the fund to place a fountain in the center of the original Duke Fountain. The Mikesells liked looking down at it from their picture windows. Later, though the fountain was taken down, Dane and Mary Louise Miller restored the fountain and renamed it in honor of the Mikesells.
