WARSAW — Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Fitness 4 U, located at 475 Anchorage Road, Suite 3, Warsaw.

Fitness 4 U offers one on one private personal training by a nationally certified personal trainer without the hassles or distractions of a regular gym. In Fitness 4 U’s comfortable private setting you will learn the mechanics of exercise as well as what to do when working specific muscle groups. Meal planning and weight tracking is also provided.

Fitness 4 U also offers challenging but fun strength training Boot Camp classes. These classes are modified to fit your skill level no matter what shape you are in. Fitness 4 U is operated by appointment only, Monday through Saturday.
