UPDATE: Kosciusko County has been placed under a tornado and flood watch. The tornado watch is in effect until 3 a.m. Tuesday, July 14.

Affected counties include Fulton, Marshall, Miami and Wabash Counties.

Further information will be posted as it comes available.

Kosciusko County, along with Whitley, Wabash, Huntington, Marshall, Starke, LaPorte, St. Joseph, Fulton, and other counties still have a risk for severe storms this evening with damaging winds.

According to the National Weather Service Northern Indiana, isolated tornadoes and heavy rainfall may produce flooding. The greatest threat area is along and west of a LaPorte to Warsaw to Decatur line.

Thunderstorms are also possible on Tuesday and again later this week. Severe weather is not expected at this time.
