WARSAW — Local officials and business leaders met today to celebrate the opening of a new salon.

Studio 649, located at 649 South Buffalo Street, offers a variety of services including haircuts and colors, highlights, perms, shellac, manicures, pedicures, waxing and UV-free airbrush tanning.

Booth rental is available for an experienced stylist, nail technician, barber, makeup artist and massage therapist.
