An initial accident at approximately 9:40 p.m. resulted in a second accident moments later.

Two vehicles collided at CR 300N and CR 100E, north of Warsaw, littering the intersection with debris. Vehicles heading southbound on CR 100E slowed or stopped, causing one motorist to hit the back of a pick up truck.

At least one person was reported injured.
